- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pancake Batter:
Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Whisk egg, melted butter, vanilla, and buttermilk in a separate bowl.
Pour liquid into dry ingredients, stir gently for a lumpy batter.
Let batter sit for 10 mins before cooking.
