Garlic Butter Chicken With Cream Sauce

- 8-10 Chicken Tenderloins
- 2 cups Rice
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic minced
Spice Blend
- Turmeric
- Paprika
- Basil
- Coriander
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Tony Chachere's (Cajun Seasoning)
Cream Sauce
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Tony Chachere's
- Black Pepper
- Parsley
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Season chicken with the spice mix.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
Place chicken in butter, cooking each side until slightly golden. Remove the chicken.
Sauté onions and garlic.
Add rice and the spice mix, saute rice until well coated.
Place the cooked chicken on top of the rice.
Pour chicken broth, bringing it to a boil. Turn off the stove. Quickly cover the skillet with the lid or aluminum foil.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
Cream Sauce
Melt butter in sauce pan.
Add cream, flour, seasonings, and parsley to the saucepan.
Whisk on medium heat until thickened.
