Ingredients

fresh strawberries
halved

banana
sliced
1/2
cup
greek yogurt
1/2
milk
dairy or non-dairy
1-2
tbsp
honey

Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Cut them in half. Peel and slice the banana.
Combine Ingredients:
In a blender, add the fresh strawberries, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey (if using).
Blend:
Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk.
Taste and Adjust:
Taste the smoothie and adjust as needed.
Serve:
Pour the strawberry smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish (optional):
Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass or a sprig of mint.
